Funerals while pregnant

Have any of you spoken to your doctors about how to attend funerals/wakes?
Do you wear a face mask to keep germs away? (Not from the dead person, but from the hundreds of people shaking your hands or giving you hugs). How do you prevent getting sick? Any tips are much appreciated.
