Need help for my practicum application letter. Because all employer and HR are called me idiot

I a currently enrolled in practicum in our university. One of their requirement is to make an application letter or cover letter for our target company or companies. They don't check our letter nor resume before we do site hunting and apply. I do walk-in and use the techniques Cold-calling in looking practicum sites but all company where I am applying doesn't accept me nor read my letter they just throw it on the garbage or sometimes throw at my face and say I am idiot on universal language but I still looking for good company to apply. My last company HR manager told me that the big problem is my letter so I didn't accept to all companies I was applying for. She told me to ask someone to check the punctuation, grammar and syntax of my letter.

Is any body here who can help me to correct my letter ?

As of now I Am enrolled in practicum in our University and I am currently taking up BA-Psychology with specialization in Industrial and organization Psychology with Business units and Education psychology with Education unit. I would like to inquire you about is there any position in Human Resource (HR) Department which my course is fitted. I will provide you my details.

I had a strong interest in volunteer work, organizing files, encoding data, researching, checking and monitoring.

I am not good as others intern or employee buy I am willing to learn from you and from my collegiate. I understand that as an undergraduate intern practicumer. I have a lot to learn about working within an organization.

As a student, I am strongly involved in religious organization work. I serve as a regional councilor from my religious fraternity FYP and a local treasurer and formator for my local fraternity. I serve also as a choir member in our parish. These experiences allows me to be closes working with others and develop my time management skills, organization skills, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership skills.

I was also part of our PUB business by organizing and sorting our documents files. This experience allows me to develop my organizing skills.

In additional I have a strong computer proficiencies window like windows 2000, XP, Vista, 2007 and 2010. I have a proficiency in MS Word, Ms, Excell and MS PPT. I can organize data entry and analysis in MS excell and SPSS. I ensure you I know how to do web mining. I have a basic knowledge for editing in MS publisher, Adobe, Basic visual basis, Tiera zon, I have also a little knowledge on photography and HTML. I am an euthusiast of online blogging, online sharing of photos, teaching catechism and basic Apologetic.
