Low HCG levels cause for concern?

Went to the doctor's last week to confirm my pregnancy. Urine test came back positive so I was sent for blood work. Read my results online the next day. HCG levels at 242 estimating 4wks 3days pregnant based on LMP. I'm concerned HCG levels are low! I'll review the results with my doctor this week but want to hear from you all about your HCG levels and whether or not I should be concerned. Thanks!
