high blood pressure!?!?

My first 2 vists went great this third one my blood pressure was high I was so nervous because it was on Friday 13 and I told them I was nervous how ever after I seen everything was ok my blood pressure was still high! He wants me to come in twice a week till my next apt to have it checked said he don't like giving meds till secound trimester. 1st time it's was 158/110 second was 148/94.. any one else having theses issues?
