5w ultrasound

So I had an ultrasound done at the ER last night (5w2d) and the nurse said the yolk sac was in the far upper left corner of my sac so she couldn't get a good glimpse at it. She said with time it should move down into the center of the sac where it's suppose to be and it's probably nothing to worry about because I'm so early. Anyone experience this? I know I'm very early I just can't get it off my mind.
