SICK. helppppp

Dear lord am I sick. It's just a head cold but it's KICKING MY ASS. My snot is clear, thank goodness. I've been taking 1/2 Benadryl to dry my nose up because honestly it's about to fall off. I plan on calling my doc in the morning but WHAT ELSE CAN I TAKE?! The Benadryl isn't working anymore and my face is raw from blowing my nose so much 😩😩😩 I am MISERABLE. I'm almost 15 weeks.
