Fluid blister?

Anyone else get fluid filled blister on nipples? I don't breast feed yet but I am pregnant and I have been having nipple discharge. This thing stuck out on my nipple and it was only on one side and I messed with it and it just popped and it doesn't hurt. Idk what it is. Should I tell my doctor about it?
