35 weeks pregnant what could these pains be?

I get these pains that feel like period cramps (best way i could describe them) and my belly gets really hard and my back hurts every time i have them.. What could they be??

Sounds like Braxton Hicks. If your nervous about them or if they become more consistent, closer together, or more intense/painful, call your OB or go to labor and delivery. Your OB will likely send you to labor and delivery anyway.
