fight at 10 weeks pregnant

...yeah so, first idk who's gonna see this or who'll care to respond but I just ended a night from hell...I'm 10 weeks pregnant with twins and I got into a very bad physical fight...worst part is, it was with the father of the twins I'm carrying...I'm so hurt, idk what to do, feel or think. We just moved into a big beautiful brand new home not even a full week ago and here we are, fighting & we have a toilet bowl literally shattered into pieces from him throwing me into it. I know I shouldn't and couldn't go back but I hate that I'm pregnant by him so I can't just erase him 😔
