have been trying for 9years

Have been trying for a baby for 9 years now with my ex husband and now with my fiance and nothing has happened he been tested all ok and i been tested and found out got PCOS can anyone help with what to do next am on waiting list to see consultion at hospital but what try without going there but running out options what to do next to conceive
