who's breastfeeding???

Question

So do any of you moms (already) know any remedies or tricks to help your nipples from being so sore after breastfeeding? Ointments ? Any tricks that helped you or someone you know will help a ton. I'm a FTM and planning to breastfeed. At least 6 months (I hope) any advicev?? Thanks !

Are they just sore or cracking/dry?  🤔 the soreness should go away you get on a routine and your milk comes according to how much baby takes in. I pumped to release when they got so full...for dry/cracked nipples I used my own breast milk some times and others if I knew it'd be a couple hours before feeding I'd use Lansinoh in the purple bottle from walrmart or  target

I am a FTM too. I have been told coconut oil is awesome for sore nipples.

My sister swears by just expressing some of your milk and rubbing it on the nipple and chapped areas.
