constipation???

I'm someone who struggles with constipation anyway but now that I'm 6weeks pregnant it's even worse. Has anyone suffered this and if yes what have you done that helps solve the problem?

Stool softener my dr in the packet they sent me before my apt. Said colace is safe. I'm 6 weeks 1 day. I've not gone yet but it's given me relief.

My doctor recommend me milk of Magnesia... and it works for me!👍🏼

I drink prune juice and it helps the constipation 😁
