I need some help and advice desperately please comment!

As you can see my cycles are long usually as glow predicts 40 this month. However I had blood tests on cycle day 14 and sore boobs straight after. I get sore boobs as Pms 10 days before period every month it's now day 28 I've had sore boobs for 2 weeks and you can see my 2 days of spotting. Spotting is not something that's usually happens to me. It has only been when I wiped once of those days. I do feel some slight cramping but I'm just so confused with this months cycle. I have done a pg test and it was negative. Any insight would be great thank you for taking the time to read my post xxx
