is this why I can't conceive...

I've been dealing with a terrible "rash" for 6 months now. After weeks being admitted to the hospital, blood work after more testing - we have no answers. I've been told I have arthritis, celiac disease and it'll "go away on its own". I'm 22, living with pain. It burns so bad where I can't move and do my everyday activities and sometimes I can't even work. I've been given 50mg of prednisone and all it's done is cause weight gain and insomnia. I'm waiting on a biopsy but I've been waiting for a month now. 

Today while reading another news article I came across something very interesting. 

Another young, 21 year old female is going through my exact symptoms. They told her the EXACT same things as me to a T and turns out she has something much worst than a "rash" that'll "go away" as they keep telling us. 

Does anyone else see any comparison to the news article to my personal leg? Of course hers is worst, but could this be the start?? I haven't been able to conceive for 1.5 years.. could this be my problem?:(

It attacks immaune system and kidneys which I find odd as I have kidney disease and suffer with problems often.. 

Of course I called my dr and I'm going to be seen, but some guidance and reassurance wouldn't hurt either.
