back pain, should I be worried?

So as of today Iam 9wks 1day and I have always had back problems but my back the past few days has been so uncomfortable and at times very painful ,should I be worried at all ?  I feel as though Iam just over thinking it due to having a miscarriage in the past 😞

I get pretty bad back pain myself... Unfortunately it's a normal side effect of pregnancy. Hang in there. :)

I had back pain at the same time as you. My Dr said not to worry unless it's unbearable or you start bleeding. Everything has to stretch to make room for the baby
I'm 25w now and I still get weird back pains and cramps and it's completely normal

I was having severe sciatic nerve pain in my back at that time as well. It still happens sometimes but not as much. Im 21 weeks now and baby is fine.
