Have you been told you are anemic? Do not take extra iron unless you have been told you are anemic.

That's a lot of iron if you don't have an iron deficiency.  Even if you do, your doctor will recommend.

If worries about iron levels try drinking nettle leaf tea, Rooibos tea. They both have iron in them plus many other helpful nutrients and no caffeine. I drank one every day of pregnancy and my levels are great!!

What everyone else is saying. Take a normal prenatal with iron and don't add iron unless you're anemic and the Dr has prescribed it. 
Iron can poison you and harm baby if you take too much, it's not like other vitamins that pass through your body.
