I drink a ton of water, somewhat because I just generally like water, but mostly because I can definitely feel the difference in my body when I don't get enough, and I'll crave water until I my body is satisfied. The other day I had indulged on soda and juice throughout the day, and by evening I was drinking a bottle or more every hour because I was just so thirsty. Plus, dehydration headaches set in very quickly with me if I don't get enough water specifically. I could drink a dozen glasses of anything else, but by late afternoon my head is throbbing because of the lack of water. Dehydration also causes muscle spasms and stomach cramps (which are not only painful and annoying, but can be dangerous later in pregnancy), exacerbates restless legs, makes constipation worse, etc. Try your hardest to drink as much as you can, it's not only best for the baby and you while pregnant, but it also makes your body as a whole run SO much more efficiently in general.

Yeah that little of water intake can hurt you and baby. It can cause low fluid levels, preterm labor, high bp, headaches, muscle aches just to list a few. Drink more water!

Try maybe adding certain fruits to your water, like strawberries and lemons and limes or try the water flavoring packets. They have some that taste like tea, rather than fruit if that makes it easier.
