Tmi....yes right here⬅⬅⬅⬅

So I havnt had a regular bowel in Days...the other day it was so bad it made me bleed and it hurt so bad...but it was just a small amount...so I went and got some Duculex and since yesterday I've takin 3 (as advised) and still nothing....what do I do now...I'm scared for my next bowel :-( it was just horrible
