Spotting after exercising

I was playing a game of speedball for about an hour yesterday. I was having fun, wasn't bumping into people or jumping too much. When I got home, I was cooking dinner and about it was about 8 hours later. I felt a rush of discharge which I get alot but it's always clear, I went to the bathroom just to wipe it up and I noticed it was brownish discharge. Is that normal after exercise? I had a miscarriage in october so any luttle thing scares me!
