Is this early signs of pregnancy, food poisoning, or stomach flu? I've been feeling really nauseous lastly, and my stomach hurts all the time. My boobs have been super tender lately but since my period is supposed to arrive in two days that's pretty normal. But I've also had problems with driving and being in a car, I grt really bad headaches. And I had dirrairah for a few days that has now turned into consipation. I can't eat without my stomach hurting, so I've been pretty dizzy. I've also been super tired lately witch could indicate many things, I have seen a doctor, but they only checked for major issues like kidney and appendixes. I just don't know what to think anymore, and I could really use some help trying to figure it out. Thanks
