What exactly do Braxton Hicks feel like? I'm laying in bed and my abdomen just got really tight and hard. It felt like a muscle spasm all the way to my butt. It didn't hurt but was quite uncomfortable and only lasted for a few seconds. I was bending over a lot picking things up today so maybe that had something to do with it? It felt really weird so I thought I'd ask you guys. I'm 26 weeks.
