should I get my son checked out?

He's 2.5 and showing some odd but maybe normal behaviours. Since birth he won't cuddle especially facing in. I always had to hold him and rock him facing out. He gets really upset if anyone touches him now. He won't touch or go near his baby sister. If I wrap him in his towel after his bath and his hands are stuck he screams. He seems to have issues with confinement and touch. Is this normal or should I talk to his pediatrician?
