Pain in the right side of my abdomen. Any advice ?

Does anyone get cysts on their ovaries? I think thats what it is because ive had them for 2yrs now. I usually get them every month or every few months. This month has been extremely painful. Ive had pain in my lower right abdomen since last friday. It started as a dull pain but now its to point im doubled over in pain and meds aint helping. It hurts somewhat to use the bathroom , walk and sit. A very hot heating pad only helps a little bit to ease the pain. Does anyone else have symptoms when they have cysts on their ovaries and any home remedies to help relieve or kill the pain ? Im inly 15yrs old and it hurts reallyad , its not excruciating but it hurts really bad.
