Period pain help? 😳 So desperate!

I'm at my grandma's house and I've been trying to sleep for 3 hours.. my uterus just feels like someone is tearing their way out from it and my grandma's friend is staying downstairs and I'm upstairs with NOTHING to use, it's 5am and I have probably a few supplies in the bathroom but would a hot wet flannel help? Or maybe some warm water on my tummy? I would usually use a hot water bottle or one of those bean/rice filled bags that go in the microwave but I'm stuck up here.. Thanks 😊

Hot shower helps me. Try to go to sleep through it maybe put a pillow under your tummy.If it gets worse out of control see a doc. Feel better.

If the heating pad doesn't work what I do is I get an empty water bottle and fill it up with HOT water then lay a thin towel (or no towel at all) on my stomach and roll it around. I get severe cramps to the point I puke sometimes and this always works 😊
