Can a stuffy nose, itchy throat and a lot of sneezing be one of the first signs of pregnancy ??? We had sex two days ago and we are trying for a baby, the very next day I felt nauseous and got these symptoms as well

Nope. You probably just got sick. 
There is no possible way to have pregnancy symptoms two days later. 
You're not officially pregnant until implantation. And that can take anywhere from 7-12 days. 
Even then, most women don't start showing symptoms until 6 weeks.

not you probably have an allergy cold. take some tylenol or claratin benadryl.
