Sip and see cake ideas?

My sip and see will double, I guess triple, as a gender reveal and a name reveal. Any ideas on a cake design???

It might be fun to keep the cake within a theme of letting people in on a private joke or nickname about the baby. Babies look like babies, so if everything else is gender neutral (including the baby's clothing), then the cake could be an interestingly themed gender reveal cake with pink or blue on the inside and the baby's name written somewhere on it. Maybe make it a mystery until the cake comes out.

For example: My husband and I don't know the gender of the baby. We call the baby "Dinosaur" because when we first found out I was pregnant, the baby still had a tail and looked more like a dinosaur to us than anything. So dinosaurs have become our theme for this baby. When we do our baby shower, everything is going to be gender neutral. We won't be doing a gender reveal party, but if we were, I would be making the dinosaur cake reveal the gender when we cut into it.

So, you're waiting until after the birth to reveal the gender and name?  Wouldn't a cake be pointless then?  They could just look at the baby.
