"Boys are Visual"?? What does this mean?

I've read on eve and in other articles online that boys are visual. Well, aren't girls too? Are men really that shallow? Can someone explain?

50 Shades of Grey, erotica novels, blogs, things that women can read and imagine. They like to think about it and play it out in their heads, like fantasy. 
They're different than us. That's essentially what they mean when they call them "visual." So not shallow, more like simplistic or lazy.

Maybe it means they like looking at things from point of views. Like my husband loves looking at him going inside me lol. But I most definitely believe true love is not about the physical but the soul. If one falls in love with just the outside it's most definitely not gonna last cuz we turn into old prunes eventually. Love is from the heart and soul. And I'm sure there's many out there that know that and others that just go for looks which will never bring happiness in the long run. 🤷‍♀️
