Symptoms? Toothaches?

so i had unprotected sex but i'm not sure if i'm pregnant. i show some signs, but other than that i would just be mistaking my body as doing random things. these 'random things' line perfectly up to assume pregnancy. but the one thing that's throwing me off is toothaches... 🤔 can anyone ease the overthinking for me??
