Embarrassing Question!

This is weird but I have had these cuts on my labia for a while. They actually come and go and some are long some are smaller, sometimes there's only one and sometimes there's a couple. I think they might happen more before and after my period but that's just a hunch I haven't actually kept track. Does anyone else experience this? I'm scared it might be something serious but I've been too nervous to make an appointment yet. I had a baby last year (I had these before baby) and my OB never said anything looked weird down there but idk. Help!
