Scared/Nervous😣😣

So I've been experiencing pregnancy symptoms (brownish discharge, next day brownish discharge with a little bit of pink/red blood, nauseous, cramps, tired, itchy/burning nipples) since Thursday of last week. I was supposed to have my AF Wednesday 1/18 but so far nothing. Everyone including my bff who is 3 1/2 months pregnant, is telling me to take a test because she had the same symptoms. I have pcos and I have irregular periods, I've been down this road. I get my hopes up for nothing. I've had one positive but it turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. I'm scared/nervous to take a test, what about if its - negative again? Or it could be + positive, but become another chemical pregnancy? I'm so scared
