Boyfriend sleeping over

Me and my boyfriend are planning for him to sleepover at my apartment sometime soon whenever he for sure doesn't have to work the next day. I was wondering what I should wear to bed that night since it will be our first sleepover? What do others usually do? We've been dating for 3 months, officially almost a month.
