Prenatals while trying to conceive?

Does taking prenatal vitamins while trying to conceive really make a huge difference? Can't help but wonder. My s/o and I have been trying to for 2 months now and I'm becoming so impatient!

Its not that it helps get pregnant.... it just jump starts to help prevent birth defects luke spina bifida cause there is folic acid in them... and makes sure if you do get pregnant that you habe good nutrients and vitamins....  its nit meant to help get pregnant.... just for you to be healthy in case you do.;)

It won't help you conceive, it's more to bring your body to a healthier state when you become pregnant.
