Third trimester SEVERE abdominal muscle pain?

Anyone else have this? I'm almost 37 weeks and finishing day 4 of not being able to walk. It feels as though the baby is trying to rip through my muscles. I am in so much pain. The doctors don't seem to care and today even made a comment about how people define "severe pain." Well i only ever took motrin after surgeries so I think my definition rings true. Anyone else struggling? I just want to feel normal. And be able to walk and sleep.
