I started getting cramps but I don't get my period in 10 more days I never actually had cramps before my period and I had alcohol * I NEVER THROW UP* and I got really sick .. should I wait for a missed period to take a test or now ?

You could test now, & if negative you can wait until your missed period if it's late & test again for sure results.
