It hurts to take out a wet tampon!

Sorry if TMI, but recently it's been very painful to take out completely soaked tampons, it's so painful that it feels like it's dry, but it's not. Also recently when my SO and I have had sex it burns very badly each time he thrusts in and its not because i'm not wet enough. Not sure if these two things are related but please someone give me some advice! I wanna be able to enjoy sex again with my SO and not be in pain.
