Cramps
Hi I'm milli and my cramps kill me I took an ibuprofen like two hours ago but still my cramps are causing me no sleep what so ever. And I have school in the morning. Any tips on how to reduce cramps. I also wonder is it possible to shorten period days or am I just dreaming 😂
