False labor 😔

I'm currently 40 weeks 5 days, I've been experiencing pain since Tuesday night, I had a doctors appointment yesterday morning was told I was 3 cm dialated. When she checked to see if I was dialated she stretched out my cervix 😥 man did that hurt, afterwards in the afternoon I started feeling pain every 5 mins. Contacted my obgyn told her what was happening, advised me to go straight to the hospital.

Went to the hospital and was told that I didn't dialate that I was 3.7 cm and that I wasn't experiencing contractions.

Now it's 5:22 am and I haven't been able to sleep at all due to the pain I am still experiencing.

I am so feed up. I just want to be able to sleep and not be distributed by these awful cramps 😣😢
