I don't know what's happening

Please can someone help me, I have no idea what's going on. First I got my period two weeks early and now I have like brown discharge and a lot of it and I was reading on the internet and a lot of places mentioned that it related to pregnancy, please I can't be pregnant, can someone please tell me what's going on😭  I did sleep with my boyfriend around New Years...
