supply help. sorry it's a little long

Hello ladies. So my daughter is 7 months old and we have had a great breastfeeding journey so far. Our goal is to make it to a year and then let her self wean. She is a very big mommas girl and exspecially at night and right after she wakes up she loves to nurse. However I just found out I'm pregnant again and I am so scared I'm going to lose my supply and not even be able to make it to a year 😢 it makes me so sad to think this may be over before long. Does anybody have tips so I hopefully won't lose my milk?!?
