Pain after HSG test?

I just had an Hsg test done yesterday, I had pretty painful cramping during and I found out both my tubes are partially blocked. My doctor said he could possibly fix that so I wasn't too shook up. But about 4 hours after I started getting severe cramping to the point where I couldn't even sit right or it'll hurt. Then around 11pm, it could worse to where I couldn't sleep, move, walk or anything. Has anyone experienced such severe pain afterwards?
