I'm curious what you ladies think since this seems to be a pretty controversial topic. I will have to take a couple solo trips with our new son this year, and I'm contemplating using points to upgrade classes if possible. I'm afraid everyone else up there will hate me though. It just seems like there are so many perks with first class that would be useful when I'm on my own with him... easier bathroom access, more space in the seat and a little more room to move around if he's upset, a free checked bag, priority boarding to get settled, flight attendants that are more likely to be helpful if we need something, and hey, even a free glass of wine for me if things are going well haha. So, should we do it? Or will we be booed off the plane?
