hospital pre admitting

Yesterday I went to do my pre admitting for my labor and delivery. Before going in I had done some research to see how much Hubby and I were going to have to pay for it and I was anticipating $4k... well when I spoke to the lady, she told me it would be $300!!!! Hubby and I were so happy! We walked to the car and talked about the 4K we were saving and didn't have to worry about. As I was getting in my car, the lady called me back and said she was mistaken and I was right. We did have to pay 4K. Ugh it was soooooo dissapointing 😭😭😭😭
