so worried plz help

Hello mommies, im a first time mom, im 18 weeks 5 days, yest i had an appointment and the baby was good, but the doctor said that the head is lower than it should be, and shes afraid ill have an abortion or an early delivery, since yest im so worried, and i also have infection in my pee(dunno the medical word of it) has anyone happened the same with her?? Please i need any hope that my baby will be ok 😔 i also knew yesterday that im having a boy..will be so thankful for some1 to give me hope..
