Girl or boy according to Ramzi?

I've read that a girl's placenta is supposed to grow on the left side of the uterus according to Ramzi and that of a boys on the right. And apparently, in a transvaginal ultrasound the right of the picture reflects the right side of the uterus, and viceversa. So would you say I'm having a boy? Thanks in advance for your input! Post your ultrasounds, too, if you want to guess your babies' gender.
