calm before the labor?

Question

I was wondering how it is like before the real labor contraction.
I know there may be some BH and false labor contractions, but anyone experience very calm and no movements and feels like forever pregnant until sudden contraction surprisingly kicks in??

I woke up outta a dead sound sleep screaming I thought it was false labor agian til I was screaming fuck every three minutes

I got very calm before both my labors. I call it the calm before the storm

The night before I got went into labor was the first night in months I had slept comfortably and woke up refreshed. And then BAM water broke and I thought death was upon me 😂

Yep! I was 6 days overdue and no sign of anything happening. I went on a long beach walk, we went out to dinner, then stopped in at my parents to have a nice hot bath. Got my first contraction walking out the door which took my breath away and they were 5 minutes apart straight away. Baby was born 6 hours later
