Were you told you had an abnormally shaped yolk sac early on and ended up with a healthy baby...OK to say the least ???

I'm 9 weeks today and at my ultrasound a few days ago nothing was told to me until my midwife called me today w/ info stating the yolk sac was slightly ovaloid when it should be round ... how does this happen??? 😢 first ultrasound pics below measuring at 8weeks4days with a heartbeat of 156 per minute. I hope my little one is OK and keeps growing. More than overwhelmed after that news. I really hope it's a misdiagnosed read or something.

I had the same thing said to me at around 8w I had spotted and went to ER. I luckily my nExt OB appointment the day after and my OB rolled his eyes and said "I'm sorry they said that you. At this point in your pregnancy the sac is starting to disappear as your placenta is forming and will be taking over for your baby." Also that ER visit was awful that Dr was Awful!!

Here I am 34w 5d and a totally healthy baby boy. I drove myself nuts after that ER visit. Ur once I spoke to my OB I felt totally fine and put my trust in god!
