Really on the fence about what to do.
I've worked out in the past but nothing too serious in the last 6 months. I'm in between 4-5 weeks. Previous mc in oct at 6w. I want to take it easy yet I want to be healthy during my pregnancy. I usually do a group circuit class with all types of people/body types. Any exercises that I should absolutely not do? I've read conflicting info about some.
