relationship problems

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years. We've met eachother families stayed at eachothers house and everything. Everyone calls us relationship goals or whatever. But lately we've been fighting nonstop we've tried to break up but I just can't deal with it, well tonight he said he couldn't take it anymore and he broke up with me.. Idk what to do. Usually he'll message me and apologize so I think he'll do that this time but any advice on how to make this work? Taking a break doesn't work.
