Remedies for cold while breastfeeding
Hey ladies, I've somehow caught a slight cold from my husband. He has it far worse than I do-thank God.
What all can I take for it? I've used Afrin, I have a humidifier and a diffuser diffusing immune strength. I've also been drinking about a gallon of water a day plus hot tea with honey and lemon. Does anyone know anything else? Watery eyes, stuffy nose, and a slight cough. Can I take elderberry syrup?
