first timer please help

I just gave birth 2 days ago. I began breast feeding immediately but I feel like my little guy doesn't get satisfied. I am paranoid and I don't know if he's getting enough and I always try burping him after and he doesn't burp and when we're sleeping he scares me because it sounds like he's trying to throw up but he can't . Should I just bottle feed I'm paranoid lol
